Handwoven Scarves Bamboo Cotton
Santa Fe
Purple, green, aquamarine, and navy. When these colors are hand painted on this bamboo cotton yarn and then handwoven, the end result is a scarf of beautiful, rich jewel tones. The scarf has good luster and great drape, brightening your face and your spirits when you wear it. Whether you pair it with a navy jacket or a white tee, this handwoven scarf will look great.
For a classic look, I finished this scarf with a simple knotted fringe that shows off the multi-colored weft.
This is my shortest handwoven scarf, a modest 36" long. I like to wear it as a simple under-the-lapel drape, or with one backwards drape over a scoop neck top, creating sort of cowl look. This bamboo cotton scarf is 5-1/2" wide and has a 3" knotted fringe.
The way this yarn was hand painted and woven provides a consistent checked pattern.
Please use cold water to hand wash this scarf and lay it flat to dry.
