Handwoven Scarves Rayon Chenille Larkspur This rayon chenille scarf was handwoven using hand painted yarn yarns, ensuring one-of-a-kind beauty. You might not know it to look at them, but these two handwoven scarves have the identical warp. The checked scarf shown at the top of the photo uses the same yarn for weft, creating a lovely small checked pattern, thanks to the fiber artist's skills in hand painting that yarn. I used a solid blue yarn for the weft for the one on the bottom, creating a beautiful rayon chenille striped scarf with much more blue in it. It doesn't matter which scarf you wear, the rayon chenille provides a creamy softness next to your cheek. This is a particularly fine yarn, so the scarf is rather lightweight - perfect for indoors or for chilly outdoor weather. Choose the weft you prefer in this handwoven rayon chenille scarf, or let me select for you. You can wear this rayon chenille handwoven chenille scarf in lots of wraps, because it is a full 8" wide and 72" long, plus 3" of double-twisted fringe on each end (all measurements approximate). For best results, please hand wash and dry flat. |
