Handwoven Scarves - Cotton Chenille
Orange Tree These richly-colored scarves contain the colors of their citrus namesakes - the olive green of their leaves, the deep gold of the warm-climate sunshine, and the rich orange of the fully ripe fruit. These cotton chenille scarves are handwoven using yarns that were hand painted in this lovely color blend. Cotton chenille is a natural fiber, making it warm and easy to care for. These handmade scarves are luxurious - thick and rich, and complemented by the matte finish of these yarns. The double-twisted fringe that finishes these handwoven scarves will remain thick and full for years to come. These cotton chenille scarves are almost 7" wide and more than 5 feet long, not counting their lush 4" of double-twisted fringe fringe. These scarves are handmade using variegated warp and solid orange weft yarns. If you prefer, order an olive weft for a completely different look. I recommend hand laundering for the best results, but you can machine wash and dry them if you prefer. |
