Handwoven Scarves - Cotton Chenille
Banana Boat A bright, sunny yellow and a rich, creamy yellow-orange blend to create scarves that make you smile. There's something about the particular hues in these hand painted yarns that attracts even people who claim to never like yellow. The cotton chenille in these beautiful handmade scarves is scumptiously thick and warm. This natural fiber has a soft matte finish. Each handwoven scarf is finished with a double-twisted fringe. The cotton chenille scarves in this photo are 6 1/2 " wide and range from 62" to 64 " long, plus 3" of double-twisted fringe. While both scarves have the same background warp, you can select from the plaid effect achieved by using the smae yarn for weft shown at top and left, or the striped effect of a plain yellow weft, shown at bottom and right. Both scarves are beautiful and show your style. You can machine launder these handmade cotton scarves; I recommend hand laundering for the best results. |
