Handwoven Scarves Bamboo Cotton Blue Violet These beautiful handwoven scarves, containing rich blues, purples, and the darkest green, provide a pop of color to make your neutral fashions stand out. These three scarves were handwoven using the same variegated hand painted yarn for their length, although each has its own identifiable look. On the far left is a scarf woven with the same bamboo cotton yarn for both warp (length of the scarf) and weft (width of the scarf). Handwoven in a simple point twill, the interplay of the scarves produces a plaid effect. This scarf is 2/3 bamboo and 1/3 cotton. The middle scarf has a solid periwinkle weft of fine-gauge cotton. The periwinkle matches perfectly, bringing out the lightest color of the variegation. Woven in a diamond twill pattern, the lightness of the cotton adds to the breeziness of the scarf as a whole. This scarf is 65% cotton and 35% bamboo. Shown on the right and draped across the top is a handwoven scarf made with bamboo cotton blend yarn and that fine-gauge perwinkle cotton. This time the weaving is a point twill, creating waves of color along the length of this airy scarf. This handwoven scarf is 2/3 cotton and 1/3 bamboo. Only one of these scarves is left - buy it now! NEW COLOR THIS SEASON These three bamboo cotton scarves are each 7" wide and 72" long, plus fringe, giving you lots of ways to show your style. They are all very soft and drape gracefully, making any wrap you choose a snap. I prefer to hand launder all my handwovens. If you'd like, you can fluff these in the dryer or press them with a warm iron. |
