New York Log Cabin Log cabin is a simple weave, but the specific pattern of light and dark yarns create an interesting effect. The New York portion of these scarves is hand painted bamboo-cotton; the black yarn is 100% bamboo. This mix of yarns results in finished scarves that are 85% bamboo and 15% cotton. These scarves, individually hand made in rural western New York, were woven on a vintage floor loom. The wonderful draping and softness of bamboo will make these neutral scarves will be your go-to fashion accessories year round. The New York Log Cabin handwoven bamboo scarves are a luxurious 12" wide and 72" long, not including their double-twisted fringe. I prefer to hand launder all my handwoven scarves. You can feel free to fluff these bamboo scarves in the dryer when they're almost dry. |
